Dear Robert, Your elaborate conspiracy theories make you look like a crazy person - whether you are or not, perpetuating them and continually ragging on about them does you absolutely no good whatsoever, in fact it probably does significant harm.
Whether Lockyer is or is not part of such a conspiracy, whether he did or did not over bill legal aid, should matter not a wit to an old scam artist and crook like you. You cannot win that battle; it is one of those battles that you should never have begun. I do not want to hear your shit about Having said that, just because you're paranoid does not mean that they're not out to get you - clearly they were. You have also heard the saying that he who represents himself has a fool for a client. You would have been much better off with Lockyer, regardless of his clandestine membership in the vast conspiracy that has culminated in your life imprisonment. But you made that decision and one who lives by the sword must die by it as well. Having said that, I continue to review and think about your case. So far, what I've seen, there was not a shred of credible or cogent evidence to convict you on the murder charges and that, whether you are carzy or not, is significant in my mind. I will let you know if my awareness of your case and what appears to be a profoundly wrongful conviction ever goes further than that.
Stephen
Dear Mr. Stewart, My reason for asking for this exchange about your background, how you got involved in drug sales, how it works or worked and current prison life. If you are willing to correspond with me, please write back with the institution you are in. I have enclosed a self addressed stamped developed with this letter. I look forward to receiving a rewponcs.
Thank you
Mr. Stewart: My crude understanding of the situation is you have discovered that the police showed on the Crown Witnessed early newspaper articles about the killing, which contained errors. And that, the witness recounted the errors in court. As I understand it, another concern is you have not yet received full disclosure of all Crown materials. I am aware of your case. I helped Peter Hum cover it right at the very end of your trial. But I do not have an in depth knowledge of it. Feel free to give me a collect call. I tried to leave a phone message for you to call, but the people at your institution informed me that they are not your receptionist.
Thanks, |
